Lindsay and her husband Martin, a Physician Assistant at the Madison Valley Medical Center, live in Ennis with their two young children and are excited to bring mental health services and alternative educational opportunities to the beautiful Madison valley.

  • Kallie Riis

    PROGRAM MANAGER

Kallie is originally from Billings, Montana. While she loved growing up there, she found her true home in Bozeman where she spent most of her adult life. More recently, in 2021, she made the move to Ennis to be closer to the river for her husband's outfitting business. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Avery and Baker. When she’s not spending time with them, she can usually be found walking her dogs, thrifting, and traveling. In fact, anything outdoors during the warm months is always a winning choice for Kallie. After earning her degree in Community Health from Montana State University, with a special focus on family wellbeing, she completed an internship with Tree of Life Doula Care in Bozeman. She loves watching a family grow, from the earliest stages to the exciting moments of childhood. She absolutely loves the Early Childhood Education field and her favorite part of this work is the chance to explore nature and art with the kiddos.

  • Heidi Worley

    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Heidi moved to Ennis in 2022 from Belgrade after her husband worked in Ennis seasonally for 8 years. Heidi grew up in Washington state, moved to Montana 11 years ago and instantly fell in love with our mountains. She has a 2 year old son and 1 year old daughter. Heidi has a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health & Minor in Sociology from Montana State University. She is passionate about Early Childhood education and holistic health. Some activities she enjoys are hiking, ice fishing, running, and eating yummy food!

  • Jasmine Pemberton

    LEAD TEACHER

Jasmine is originally from a small town in Northern Michigan. She and her family moved to Ennis last summer. As Jasmine’s family is growing, so is her interest to get plugged into the community and involved in helping shape our younger generation. She is beyond excited to join the Wild Rose team and can’t wait to see where the next year takes her. Our family has a love & passion for the outdoors and some of our hobbies include camping, floating the Madison River, spending time together as a family including their two dogs, hiking, hunting, fishing, and golfing.

  • Katie Albert

    WRFC TEACHER

Born and raised in Ennis, Katie and her husband Josh are thankful to be raising their children, Lucas and Hayden, here as well. Since having her first, she has been very interested in early childhood development. She is excited to start with Wild Rose and watch her son flourish in MVAA soon! Our family enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, gardening, watching movies and spending time with our pets and our local family members.

  • Mariah Cattaneo

    Mariah Cattaneo

    WRFC TEACHER

Mariah moved to Ennis 4 summers ago from Billings, MT after meeting and falling in love with her boyfriend in Big Sky. They now have a little boy on the way! Mariah has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and is both passionate about and in awe of this planet that we live on. She worked in a daycare when she was a senior in high school and didn’t think she would come back to Early Childhood Education but here we are! Mariah is excited to work with some little humans that will be in charge one day. Some of her hobbies seem typical of Ennis locals: fishing, camping, gardening, gazing at wildflowers, hiking, reading, organizing, taking care of her houseplants, and eating ice cream!

  • Melissa Reeve

    SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Born and raised on the island of Maui, Melissa moved to the Madison Valley in her early twenties to start a small town country life with her husband Michael. She’s been providing childcare for about 8 years and it has definitely become her passion. She’s gone from running an in-home daycare, to the director position at a local preschool, and now onto amazing things with Wild Rose and our sister school Madison Valley Adventure Academy! Having her son in public school the past couple years has been an eye opener as to the need for an alternative education that focuses on children’s individual needs and not in-the-box test scores. Every child learns at a different pace or in a different way, and sometimes different tools and strategies need to be put in place to accommodate them. Our small, child-led environment helps us to provide a more individualized educational experience for those kids who thrive in a less traditional school atmosphere.

  • Anna Genest

    SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Anna Genest has been in the area for the last 23 years. Originally from Maine, she moved here for her love of the big mountains. Her background has been focused on plant medicine and the traditional and native uses of Rocky Mountain plants and flowers. Anna has been working with children for the last 25 years and went to school for Early Childhood Development, Botanical Medicine and Integrated Nutrition. Her specialty is integrating backcountry skills, plant medicine and art into childcare. Anna is fueled by her passion of healthy living through nature and educating the youth about plants and wild medicine.
Anna believes in mindfulness and a deep respect for plants, animals and our impact on the environment. She lives this out through her interests in being in the outdoors, rock hounding, artwork, wild plant creations and working with children.
