Daycare

Daycare services are offered for children ages 6 months - 5 yrs old.

Children under 2 years old are in our Baby Buds Classroom and Children over 2 years old are enrolled in our Rosebud Classroom.

Choose from 5 days per week (M-F), 4 days, 3 days, or 2 days per week. We also have a 1 day per week option available on Fridays.

Preschool

Our amazing Preschool program is offered for children ages 3-5 years old.

Preschool Programs are offered 2 days per week, 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days per week Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Summer Programs

the Madison Valley Adventure Academy Summer program for kids is the perfect way for your kiddo (ages 4 and up) to spend the summer!

Summer program hours are 9am-3pm Monday through Thursday. Located in Jeffers, MT.

Admissions Procedure

1. Admissions Request - To begin enrollment process, we ask that you first contact the school to discuss our program and ask questions. Following this you are welcome to fill out the Admissions Request form.

2. Phone Interview - We feel that each family should understand and appreciate the school's culture and goals in order to maintain a healthy school/home connection. This is the perfect opportunity to discuss the unique needs of your child and any past educational experiences. After filling out the Admissions Request form please contact the director to set a time for a phone interview.

2. In-Person Tour - Following our introductory conversation, we will set up a time for you and your child to meet our teaching team, tour the school, and get further acquainted with our school. If you would like to move forward, you may submit your formal application, required paperwork, and contract forms. If we are not able to meet in person, we will ask you to provide a recent progress report or letter of recommendation from a recent teacher. Applications and required paperwork may be submitted in-person or via email.

3. Enrollment - Once we have had the opportunity to get to know your family and have received all of the required application/enrollment paperwork, we will communicate classroom availability and collect a tuition contract to complete the enrollment process.

This process may be adjusted according to school and individual family situations as necessary.
